Delete your Waqt account
Users can request deletion of their Waqt account from inside the app if available, or by emailing support.
How to request account deletion
If an in-app deletion option is available, use it from Waqt settings. You can also request deletion by emailing support@waqt.app.
Subject: Delete my Waqt account
Include: account email, user ID if available, and confirmation that you want your Waqt account deleted.
What is deleted
- Account profile.
- Prayer logs synced to cloud.
- Family membership data.
- Prayer settings.
- App blocking settings stored in cloud.
What may be retained
- Purchase records maintained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
- Records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, or dispute reasons.
- Local data on your device until you delete the app or clear app data.
Expected timeframe
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
Support may ask for information needed to verify the account before completing deletion.
